Mala Japa - Mantra Chanting (30 Minutes Guided Meditation with Ram Jain)

submitted by martinwalker on 08/17/22 1

A mantra is a syllable or word, that is repeated for the purpose of focusing your mind. In the ancient yogic practice of Mala (string of beads) Japa (repetition), we use a chain of 108 mala beads to repeat a mantra. Repetition of the mantra helps to disconnect from thoughts and enter deep levels of concentration and awareness. The mala helps us to focus even deeper as it gives us a physical object to connect with. Learn about the differences of mantras and how to do 'Japa' properly with a mala in this 30 minutes practice with Ram. Credits: Instructor: Ram Jain Copyrights: Arhanta Yoga Ashrams Website: www.arhantayoga.org For More Updates: Like us on Facebook : www.facebook.com/arhantayogaashram/ Follow Us on Instagram : www.instagram.com/arhanta.yoga/
