submitted by sandy_gaarder on 06/09/22 1

In this video you will be practicing cross-lateral movement by touching your nose with one hand and your opposite ear with your other hand. By switching your hands you will also be crossing your midline. Cross-lateral movement connects the right and left sides of your brain more efficiently. Crossing the midline helps as you develop reading and writing skills by helping your learn to track from left to right. It also helps with any task that requires both hands or feet. Practice this activity for a few minutes a day to keep your brain strong and efficient. Thank you for liking and subscribing.
