Dr. Alex Shalman's family has been practicing dentistry for one hundred years. Being a fifth generation dentist, he always knew this is what he wanted to do. Being very artistic, he found his calling in helping people feel better about themselves through creating natural and beautiful looking smiles makeovers. Having a dental degree and advanced training in aesthetic dentistry from NYU College of Dentistry, he now volunteers his time weekly to train the next generation of cosmetic dentists. One of his goals is to bridge the gap between what people do for work and what they do for fun.
