Dough can be difficult since humidity, altitude, and even the thirst of your flour can change the amount of water you need to add. Add 1 to 6 additional tbsp Water as needed (one tablespoon at a time with one minute in-between until smooth and just a little bit tacky to the touch... watch video for reference) Note: While the recipe and dough mixing method here put the yeast in dry, if you have any concerns about your yeast being good, you should proof your yeast... use half the warm water (at 110 to 115 degrees fahrenheit) and add your yeast and one teaspoon sugar. Wait about 5 minutes. If the yeast has not made a layer of foam it is not good. If it has made a layer of foam, then prepare your dough mix (remember to cut the water by what you used in the proofing), and add the proofed yeast in place of the dry yeast. Next step...
