Earlier this year a man came to this same spot and taught people that if you pray to them, calling them to you, then the UFO orbs will come out of the clouds and allow you to see them from a distance. Joe apparently is using this same method in the same park this time and it works. He successfully recorded a white orb in the sky and others were there with their cameras so there must be other videos posted soon on this sighting. The UFO in the video is cloud-like so it can easily hide in the clouds or be mistaken as part of a cloud as it drifts over the population unnoticed.
