Weeds are plants that you don't want in your school's landscape. They invade empty spots on lawns, bare soil, or creep in unwanted areas. They tend to grow in areas that are wet or overwatered. Even desirable plants that you want in your landscape can invade areas that you don't want them and become weeds.
