This is the second edition of SILLY Would You Rather Fitness. Decide which silly St. Patrick's Day themed choice you would make, then do the exercise determined by your choice. Fun dance and exercise moves. fun Irish music to do it to! Thirteen rounds of 10 seconds to choose, 30 seconds to move! Teachers -there is plenty of room on each slide to screen castify yourself into this fun workout.
