A basic pose in Hatha Yoga. and Vinyasa Too. You can hold your elbow once done if your wish , or the back of your heels. Use blocks if needed' This pose stretch the hips, calves, harmstrings Youi can hold 5 to 7 breath or 30 seconds to one minutes
