Look who has learned to play!!! Sweet Miguel, the dog recently rescued in dire condition in Mexico, is seen here playing with toys in his foster home. Likely the first time in his life that he could let his guard down, be silly and carefree, and discover the joy and delight of being a dog. Miguel was found in Mexico with a chain embedded in his neck and a severe injury to his rear foot, which thankfully is getting better every day with medical attention. He is proof positive that hope is ALWAYS possible.
