Pablo was found lying in the middle of the street in rural Mexico. Like so many of the animals we rescue, he was struggling to survive, covered in mange, and had lost all hope. Today, Pablo is a different dog. A bit of time, TLC, and care and he is now healthy and thriving. The helplessness that once accompanied his every step is gone. cwob.org
