Every day south of the border is filled with scenes like these. We are doing our best to educate folks that if they are going to leave animals at the clinic, that they please just bring them in when we are there or that, at the very least, they leave them in a container with ventilation. It is puppy season south of the border and every day is filled with litter after abandoned litter. Thank goodness our clinic is working night and day to spay and neuter as many animals as possible to get to the root of this heart wrenching possible. Compassion Knows NO Borders www.cwob.org
