蒜味義大利麵 (防膽固醇) 義大利麵1把、EV橄欖油、蒜泥2大匙、巴西里1大匙、乾辣椒3根、海鹽、黑胡椒、鹽適量 1.起滾水鍋,在水中加鹽後,下義大利麵煮熟撈起備用。 2.起鍋,將1大匙蒜泥與橄欖油加熱後,加入乾辣椒、巴西里末炒香。 3.同上鍋,加入一些麵湯後,放入煮好的義大利利麵,加入剩餘的蒜泥,炒至收汁即可。 4.最後灑上海鹽、黑胡椒即可。
