樂美雅鍋及康寧鍋是超耐熱的玻璃陶瓷材質,其特性就是聚熱不散,因此最適合用來熬高湯。不般豚骨要熬成白色大約需要4個小時,以玻璃陶瓷鍋來作只要二個多小時就已變成白色。
