Hosted by the Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues and the Global Business Initiative. To check our global portfolio: msb.georgetown.edu/centers-initiatives/global-business-initiative/ U.S.-China economic relations have been the center of attention for multiple stakeholders as strategic competition has become a core element of the overall relationship. Yet, at the same time, U.S. and Chinese business interests have a huge financial stake in the other's economy. This panel featured: - Scott Kennedy (keynote), Trustee Chair in Chinese Business and Economics at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. - Craig Allen, President of the U.S.-China Business Council. - Vicki Wei Tang, Associate Professor at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. - Helen Toner, director of strategy at Georgetown University's Center for Security and Emerging Technology. - Evan Medeiros (moderator), the Penner Family Chair in Asian Studies at the School of Foreign Service and senior fellow with the Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues at Georgetown University.
