submitted by Marvin's Underground Evening Lectures on 12/06/21 1

The COVID-19 pandemic has tragically exposed the risks humanity faces, multiplied by the growing impacts of the climate crisis — more extreme storms, droughts, heatwaves, food crises and communicable diseases. What policies, practices and partnerships are needed to ensure that climate adaptation measures are integrated into corporate and government strategies? Speakers: Dominic Kailash Nath Waughray, Alok Sharma, Rebecca Marmot, Feike Sybesma, Petteri Taalas, Koizumi Shinjiro, Sacha de Boer The World Economic Forum is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation. The Forum engages the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. We believe that progress happens by bringing together people from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to make positive change.
