From the deepening health and economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic to a growing number of geopolitical challenges, the United States, with a new presidential administration, faces a number of threats to its standing in the world at the start of 2021. This Leadership Panel will consider how the United States' foreign policy challenges can be jointly addressed by leaders in the House and Senate.
