These offerings are designed to support the new mother, to hug her, nurture her and even make her laugh too.
Prenatal Yoga offers many gifts for pregnancy and beyond! The physical practice assists in embracing changes in the body as well as alleviating common discomforts related to pregnancy.
I'm proud of the project and had a blast with Hilah, as always. I believe the tools will allow mothers to be to create an experience at home that will assist in creating a more positive pregnancy and hopefully help to subside some of the worries of labor and delivery.

Learn the foundations of Eagle Yoga Pose with Adriene! This balancing posture can be challenging at first but offers a long lasting relationship of tending to yourself. Balance, twist, stretch, strengthen and stimulate! Boost focus, concentration and the lymphatic system! The eagle fixes his eye on one point with superior vision and focus. This yoga asana connects us back to the third eye chakra – which stimulates clear vision. We practice eagle pose, or Garudasana, to aide to check in with our concentration and fix our gaze upon one point. This pose requires that you keep tending to it.
As you balance and spin multiple plates (on one leg!) and twist and bend (metaphors galore!) you hold on to your drishti or your gaze and begin to settle in. That third eye chakra of sight and intuition begins to open. The more you tend to the pose – the more likely you are to calm the mind and the clearer your vision becomes. Go deeper! Namaste.
Sun Salutation B - Surya Namaskara BLearn Sun Salutation B yoga sequence and salute the sun! Adriene takes us through this common yoga asana sequence which is intended to warm up the entire body. This classic sequence can be practiced in many different variations and forms the base for a nice Vinyasa yoga practice. In Ashtanga yoga (and most Hatha Yoga branches of yoga) this sequence follows Sun Salutation A. Link these two sequences to warm up the body, get the juices flowing and even get the heart pumping! Use this as a base for a strong flow practice at home - and enjoy.

Yoga for Healthy Wrists | Yoga With AdrieneOn this episode we learn a quick sequence for healthy wrists! Everyone can benefit from this practice and it can be repeated daily to improve wrist pain and assist with Carpal Tunnel! With the amount of hours we spend at the computer or at desk it is important to spend some time counter acting and tending to the wrists and all of the muscles that tie the room together. You can practice this at your desk or before yoga practice. You can repeat this sequence or each move 3 times, or do one move a day. I often hear people complain about wrist pain both on and off the mat. There is hope for us yet- lets commit to a practice of checking in with the wrists! Move with your breath and find what feels good - remember a little mindful TLC goes a long way.

30 Days of Yoga - Start HereWelcome! Thank you for joining for the 30 Days Of Yoga experience! Watch this video before you begin! It includes helpful ideas and tips to support you on your journey! Today we begin with this video! Tomorrow - DAY 1 of YOGA.
As we transition into the New Year I already feel great about the idea of practicing for 30 days straight. I feel excited about challenging myself, connecting to myself and learning something new. I am grateful that my body is able to move, that my breath is capable of deepening and I love that I will be doing it with so many others, around the globe.
The hardest part each day will likely be getting on the mat. Make time. Stay focused and choose to make the experience your own. This 30 Day practice is intended to support you in finding what feels good in the New Year. So, though it may be challenging to make time for your practice – just do it – knowing that it is okay to adapt, change, modify, rebel and do your own thang at any time.
But get on the mat.
Take conscious breaths and stretch each day as a way of connecting to your intentions, your big picture and ultimately, complete wellness.

Power Yoga - with AdrienePower Yoga with Adriene features one full class called "HEART" from our Empower Yoga Series that we shot in the hot Texas summer! It's sunny, it's sweaty and it is perfect for those trapped in by snow. Also just a challenging work out for those who don't like the gym or anyone needing that extra push to move it and groove it. HEART aims to get the heart rate up and invites you to sweat and get the blood pumping. A practice that invites you to open your mind and heart to new things. This "Power Yoga" sequence provides a full body experience to connect you to your spirit, burn calories and work it out. Connect you to your breath and get the blood pumping! This is my version of “Cardio Yoga” without all the frantic fitness frenzy!
Though this practice is swift, I encourage you to move at your own pace and listen to your body. Allow the vinyasa to move with ease and take your time growing this practice. This vinyasa fusion focuses on toning and building strength in the lower back body. Connect your feet to the earth as you build strength in the legs, the glutes and connect to your core to support lower back health.

If you are new to the practice, ROCK ON, you have that beautiful beginners mind already. Seek opportunities to learn - especially in the difficulties. Everyone, close your eyes when you can, move mindfully and trust yourself. Breathe. Breathe slowly.
