Peter Richards and his young apprentice Danny offer an honest and intimate account of their professional lives. Existing in a time of culinary revolution in the United Kingdom the film offers a social snapshot exploring the day to day running of the shop, customers perceptions and preferences and what the future may hold for the local butcher.<br />

Students are tasked with creating a 15 minute television programme in a live studio. The programme must use a three camera studio set-up and include external VT's edited in Final Cut Pro. Before working on the full length programme students create a short advert in order to develop their studio skills. <br />
