As human beings we are animated and energised by our connection to the Universal Life Force, also known as Prana or Chi. The Life Force enters the body via an interface system of portals, energy centres or chakras, that connects the physical body with Prana.
When these portals are activated we have direct access to Light Consciousness. Conscious, sacred spirituality helps us evolve a greater experience and expression of Light Consciousness activated. Consciousness energises the nervous- and endocrine systems, to transform the bodymind into a Light Body.

Is Consciousness the Unified Field?, John Hagelinhttp://www.scienceandnonduality.com/
Progress in theoretical physics during the past decade has led to a progressively more unified understanding of the laws of nature, culminating in the recent discovery of completely unified field theories based on the superstring. These theories identify a single universal, unified field at the basis of all forms and phenomena in the universe.
At the same time, cutting-edge research in the field of neuroscience has revealed the existence of a 'unified field of consciousness'—a fourth major state of human consciousness, which is physiologically and subjectively distinct from waking, dreaming and deep sleep. In this meditative state, a.k.a. Samadhi, the threefold structure of waking experience—the observer, the observed and the process of observation—are united in one indivisible wholeness of pure consciousness.
These parallel discoveries of a unified field of physics and a unified field of consciousness raise fundamental questions concerning the relationship between the two. We present compelling theoretical and experimental evidence that the unified field of physics and the unified field of consciousness are identical—i.e., that during the meditative state, human awareness directly experiences the unified field at the foundation of the universe.
We show that the proposed identity between pure consciousness and the unified field may be required to account for experimentally observed 'field effects of consciousness.' We present the published results of a National Demonstration Project—in which 4,000 advanced meditators markedly reduced violent crime in Washington, DC. We briefly discuss mechanisms from quantum mechanics, quantum field theory, and superstring theory that could explain the proposed link between human neurphysiology and the unified field of physics.
Truth About Consciousness and Spirituality Part 1
Exploring Non-local ConsciousnessExploring Non-local Consciousness with Dean Radin (Senior Scientist at IONS), Neil Theise (Professor of Pathology and of Medicine), Julia Mossbridge (Cognitive Neuroscientist), John Hagelin (Quantum Physicist), Menas Kafatos (Quantum Physicist) and Rudolph Tanzi (Professor of Neurology, Harvard University), moderated by Cassandra Vieten (President of IONS)
This superstar interdisciplinary panel will engage some of the very latest thinking and evidence for why it is becoming increasingly impossible to reduce consciousness to brain processes alone. We will ask questions like: How is it possible that we can access information at a distance and into the future? What is the relationship between unconsciousness processing and nonlocal consciousness? If our mind is locked inside of our skull, what accounts for mind-matter interactions? And what are the boundaries of the body anyway? And how can we learn to “use our brain” instead of having “our brain use us?”
Consciousness in Alchemy and ScienceIn this thought-provoking presentation, bestselling author Dennis William Hauck shows how the universal principles of alchemy are being recognized in the modern world. The most powerful tool in the alchemists' laboratories was their own consciousness, which they viewed as a force of nature that could be purified and focused. Modern science has confirmed the power of consciousness to shape physical reality in amazing experiments in quantum physics and parapsychology. This level of work by true alchemists, such as alchemist-mathematicians John Dee and Isaac Newton, went far beyond the foolish efforts of medieval charlatans who tried to change lead into gold by purely physical means. The stages of development of an alchemic consciousness are revealed in the deep symbolism of the alchemists' drawings, and their philosophical concepts come alive in stories and anecdotes from the author's diverse training as a mathematician at the University of Vienna and his apprenticeship in alchemy in nearby Prague. Consciousness is a mathematical pattern: Max Tegmark at TEDxCambridge 2014As a physicist, Max Tegmark sees people as "food, rearranged." That makes his answer to complicated questions like "What is consciousness?" simple: It's just math. Why? Because it's the patterns, not the particles, that matter. Learn more about Max Tegmark at http://space.mit.edu/home/tegmark/mathematical.html and TEDxCambridge at http://www.tedxcambridge.com.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
Human Consciousness the Last Frontier
The Reality of Consciousness, Peter RussellWave-particle duality, the uncertainty principle, the collapse of the wave function, and entanglement all point to awareness being an intrinsic aspect of reality. Yet we are still trying to understand them in terms of a worldview that believes the real world to be that
of space, time, and matter, and relegates consciousness to some artifact of brain processes.
Yet the one thing of which we are certain is that we are aware. And it is the one thing the current worldview cannot account for. is profound anomaly will ultimately lead to the full paradigm shift to which contemporary physics is, unwittingly, pointing.
With consciousness as primary, everything remains the same and everything changes. Mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry are unchanged. What changes is our assumption as to what they are describing. They are not describing the unfolding of a physical world, but the unfolding of a universal self-aware eld. We are led to the conclusion that the entire cosmos is a vast eld of knowing, knowing itself, and in that knowing creating for itself the appearance of a material world. Why then don't we see it that way? Why does the material world appear devoid of consciousness?
From the deep pools of Eastern wisdom, to the fast-paced rapids of the West, Peter Russell has mastered many fields, and synthesized them with consummate artistry. Weaving his unique blend of scientific rationale, global vision, and intuitive wisdom, Peter brings a sharp, critical mind to the challenge of self-awakening. The next great frontier of human exploration, he shows, is not outer space, but inner space—the development of the human mind.
He has degrees in theoretical physics, experimental psychology, and computer science from the University of Cambridge in England, and has written ten books in this area, including The Global Brain Awakens, Waking Up in Time, and most recently, From Science to God: A Physicist’s Journey into the Mystery of Consciousness.

Alan Watts ~ Stop Competing With YourselfMan, throughout the historical period of man, has said that to find that reality or God—whatever name he may give to it—you must be a celibate; that is, you take a vow of chastity and suppress, control, battle with yourself endlessly all your life, to keep your vow. Look at the waste of energy! It is also a waste of energy to indulge. And it has far more significance when you suppress. The effort that has gone into suppression, into control, into this denial of your desire distorts your mind, and through that distortion you have a certain sense of austerity which becomes harsh. Please listen. Observe it in yourself, and observe the people around you. And observe this waste of energy, the battle. Not the implications of sex, not the actual act, but the ideals, the images, the pleasure—the constant thought about them is a waste of energy. And most people waste their energy either through denial, or through a vow of chastity, or in thinking about it endlessly. - Krishnamurti
Existence - Alan WattsPhilosopher Alan Watts tries to describe the answer to our existence but in doing so he helps us understand the answer cannot be found. He can only say that existence is simply weird. Watts believes our lives are the ‘odd’ standing out of the flat, ‘even,’ unknowable background. The unanswerable nature of the existence question is what will forever make humans wonder. The only thing we can say with certainty is that existence is indeed weird.

Alan Watts ~ Seeing Through The Illusion Of The WorldDescriptionYour Struggle is the Human Struggle
Posted:
A total, an enriching revolution cannot take place unless you and I understand ourselves as a total process. You and I are not isolated individuals but are the result of the whole human struggle with its illusions, fancies, pursuits, ignorance, strife, conflict, and misery. One cannot begin to alter the condition of the world without understanding oneself. If you see that, there is immediately within you a complete revolution, is there not? Then no guru is necessary because knowledge of oneself is from moment to moment, it is not the accumulation of hearsay, nor is it contained in the precepts of religious teachers. Because you are discovering yourself in relationship with another from moment to moment, relationship has a completely different meaning. Relationship then is a revelation, a constant process of the discovery of oneself, and from this self-discovery, action takes place. So, self-knowledge can come only through relationship, not through isolation. Relationship is action, and self-knowledge is the result of awareness in action. - Krishnamurti

Alan Watts ~ Use Your Mind As A MirrorLife is action from the beginning to the end
I do not know if you have noticed in the morning, high up in the sky, the big vultures, the big birds, flying without a movement of their wings, flying by the current of the air, silently moving. That is action. And also the worm under the earth, eating - that too is activity, that is also action. So also is it action when a politician gets up on the platform and says nothing, or when a person writes, reads, or makes a statue out of marble. That is also action when a man, who has a family, goes to the office for the next forty years, day after day, doing drudgery work without much meaning, wasting his life endlessly about nothing! All that a scientist, an artist, a musician, a speaker does, that too is action. Life is action from the beginning to the end; the whole movement is action. - Krishnamurti
Alan Watts ~ The Fasting Of The HeartWORKING FOR THE BENEFIT OF OTHERS
It doesn’t matter how imperfect we think we are, we still can begin to work [for the benefit of others]. The vulnerability and brokenness that we bring to the task can help others, can encourage them and offer them a space to enter the project. It’s kind of a mysterious thing. When we push ourselves to act, we enter this realm of service and caring, and although it may sometimes feel like hell, it is actually the realm of bodhisattvas (enlightening beings). We become more aware of our interconnectedness, and we share that with others by our actions. Through our willingness to muck around in hell, we are able to give meaning to our lives, to do what it is we can do as living beings, as part of the whole catastrophe.

Alan Watts ~ The Spiritual Journey As The SelfWhen spiritually oriented people are exposed to the information that has been provided, they show a measurable elevation of consciousness. Before and after each lecture, the consciousness level of the audience is calibrated, and it generally shows an increase, on the average, of between ten and forty points for the audience as a whole. This may vary individually from a low of four points to as high as hundreds of points. Within the group, however, there is great variation due to 'karmic ripeness'. The majority of spiritual seekers goes through a variety of stages that may range from despair to high joy or even ecstasy. There are also long periods where nothing seems to be happening and the person feels they are not getting anywhere. These are interspersed with periods of what seem like stagnation, frustration, self-blame, and even hopelessness. All these periods within the overall process are normal. Perseverance and dedication carry one through. The way is easier if a true teacher or a dedicated group is available. The pathway of nonduality, which depends primarily on meditation and devotional dedication, takes perseverance and self-discipline to achieve the necessary 'one-pointedness of mind'. If a spiritual aspirant is devotional and aspires to God through selfless surrender, much can be bypassed without necessarily understanding its structure at all. Unknown to the aspirant is the past karma, which is also an influential factor. Therefore, one cannot compare oneself to others or expect some fortuitous suddenness such as that which occurred to the well-known teacher, Ramana Maharshi. While just an ordinary teenager, he suddenly fell down and felt himself dying. He then went into a state of oneness and silent bliss that calibrated at over 700. As a consequence, he was not able to speak for two years. If we research this story with muscle testing, we learn that he had spent many previous lifetimes in spiritual endeavor, and his seemingly sudden enlightenment was actually the fruition in this lifetime of that effort and dedication.

Alan Watts ~ Living Life Free Of AttachmentsTAKING RESPONSIBILITY MAKES THE MOMENT FRESH
Taking responsibility for your own actions is another way of talking about awakening bodhichitta (or, an open heart/mind), because part of taking responsibility is the quality of being able to see things very clearly.
Another part of taking responsibility is gentleness, which goes along with not judging, not calling things right or wrong, good or bad, but looking gently and honestly at yourself.
Finally there is also the ability to keep going forward. It’s been described before as letting go, but in some sense at a personal level it’s that you can just keep on going; you don’t get completely overwhelmed by this identity as a loser or a winner, the abuser or the abused, the good guy or the bad guy. You just see what you do as clearly and compassionately as you can and then go on. The next moment is always fresh and open. You don’t have to get frozen in an identity of any kind.
Pema Chodron
Alan Watts ~ Using Space To Find OneselfIs it possible to act at all times without a purpose?
Questioner: For truth to come, you advocate action without idea. Is it possible to act at all times without idea, that is, without a purpose in view?
Krishnamurti: I am not advocating anything. I am not a propagandist, political or religious. I am not inviting you to any new experience. All that we are doing is trying to find out what action is. You are not following me to find out. If you do, then you will never find out. You are only following me verbally. But if you want to find out, if you as an individual want to find out what idea and action are, you have to inquire into it, and not accept my definition or my experience, which may be utterly false. As you have to find out, you have to put aside the whole idea of following, pursuing, advocating, propagandist, leader or example.
Let us therefore find out together what we mean by action without idea. Please give your thought to it. Don't say, 'I do not understand what you are talking about.' Let us find out together. It may be difficult, but let us go into it.
Alan Watts ~ The Space (Universe) You Don`t See Within YouSelf-Knowledge Is a Process
So, to understand the innumerable problems that each one of us has, is it not essential that there be self-knowledge? And that is one of the most difficult things, self-awareness - which does not mean an isolation, a withdrawal. Obviously, to know oneself is essential; but to know oneself does not imply a withdrawal from relationship. And it would be a mistake, surely, to think that one can know oneself significantly, completely, fully, through isolation, through exclusion, or by going to some psychologist, or to some
priest; or that one can learn self-knowledge through a book. Self-knowledge is obviously a process, not an end in itself; and to know oneself, one must be aware of oneself in action, which is relationship. You discover yourself, not in isolation, not in withdrawal, but in relationship, in relationship to society, to your wife, your husband, your brother, to man; but to discover how you react, what our responses are, requires an extraordinary alertness of mind, a keenness of perception.
Jiddu Krishnamurty
Alan Watts ~ You Are Who You Keep SeekingSurely any form of accumulation, either of knowledge or experience, any form of ideal, any projection of the mind, any determined practice to shape the mind -what it should be and should not be -all this is obviously crippling the process of investigation and discovery. So I think our inquiry must be not for the solution of our immediate problems but rather to find out whether the mind, the conscious as well as the deep unconscious mind in which is stored all the tradition, the memories, the inheritance of racial knowledge, whether all of it can be put aside. I think it can be done only if the mind is capable of being aware without any sense of demand, without any pressure, just to be aware. I think it is one of the most difficult things to be so aware because we are caught in the immediate problem and in its immediate solution, and so our lives are very superficial. Though one may go to all the analysts, read all the books, acquire much knowledge, attend churches, pray, mediate, practice various disciplines; nevertheless, our lives are obviously very superficial because we do not know how to penetrate deeply. I think the understanding, the way of penetration, how to go very, very deeply, lies through awareness, just to be aware of our thoughts and feelings, without condemnation, without comparison, just to observe. You will see, if you will experiment, how extraordinarily difficult it is, because our whole training is to condemn, to approve, to compare. - Krishnamurti, J. Krishnamurti, The Book of Life

With his characteristic hope and humor, McKenna examined time and its mysteries, the nature of language, the techniques of ecstasy, high technology and virtual cyberspace, the role of hallucinogenic plants in shamanism and the evolution of human cultures, and the foundations of post-modern spirituality. The lecture and discussion was didactic, syncretic, challenging, eclectic, eidetic and irreverent intellectual adventure."

In this lecture, Terence McKenna talks about the tragic situation we humans have placed ourselves in, and ways in which the boundary dissolution effects of psychedelic medicines can possibly save our species from what appears to be a certain extinction. . . . "What the psychedelic experience does, really, is it stretches the envelope of the imaginable."
"It seems to me that culture, at least this culture, is a shabby lie."
"We have the tools that would allow us to sculpt paradise, but we have the reflexes and value systems of anthropoid apes of some sort. . . . You don't get serial killers in the chipmunk population."
"We live at the end of a thousand year binge on the philosophical position known as materialism, in its many guises. And the basic message of materialism is that world is what it appears to be, a thing composed of
matter, and pretty much confined to its surface."
"We're in, essentially, a tragic situation. A tragic situation is a catastrophe when you know it."
For approximately 500 years [sciences] argument for its pre-eminence was the beautiful toys that it could create: aircraft, railroads, global economies, television, spacecraft. But that is a fool's argument for truth! I mean, that's after all how a medicine show operates, you know: the juggler is so good, the medicine must be even better! This is not an entirely rational way to proceed.

The Transcendental Object At The End Of Time (Terence McKenna Movie) FULL HDTerence Kemp McKenna was an author, lecturer, philosopher and shamanic explorer of the realm of psychedelic states. He spoke and wrote about a variety of subjects, including metaphysics, alchemy, language, culture, technology, and the theoretical origins of human consciousness. He has been described by some as being "so far out, nobody knows what he's talking about", and by others as "the most innovative thinker of our times".
To shake us out of our perceptual torpor, McKenna played the holy fool, the crazy wisdom sage. He pushed our faces in the most exotic, lurid inventions of modern science and technology. What elevated him above most other prophets was that he delivered his prophesies with a wink, an implicit acknowledgement that ultimately reality is stranger than we CAN suppose.
McKenna’s métier was the spoken word — stand-up philosophy that meme-splices Alfred North Whitehead, Marshall McLuhan, James Joyce, William Blake and many others, delivered in a reedy, insinuating voice. Available throughout the Internet with titles like “Having Archaic and Eating it Too” and “Shedding the Monkey,” his lectures are tours de force of verbal virtuosity and pack-rat polymathy, leaping trippingly (in both senses of the word) from quantum mechanics to medieval alchemy, from the chaos theory of Ilya Prigogine to the neo-Platonism of Philo Judaeus.
This movie was created to present and collect (some of) his most profound thoughts, and to possibly show glimpses of the alchemical angel that Terence pursued throughout his life. It does not serve as a biography, (at least) three very important themes were left out for the simple reason that they take hours to unfold themselves: the experiment at La Chorrera, the relationship between the McKenna brothers, and the Trialogues with Rupert Sheldrake and Ralph Abraham. And so, three books are essential to anyone who'd like to dive deeper into the life and mind of Terence McKenna:
True Hallucinations by Terence McKenna
The Brotherhood of the Screaming Abyss by Dennis McKenna
Chaos, Creativity, and Cosmic Consciousness by Rupert Sheldrake, Terence McKenna, and Ralph Abraham
Created by Peter Bergmann, this is a movie/documentary/project/mashup/juxtaposition/amalgamation made from everything Terence McKenna left us with, mixed with the music of We Plants Are Happy Plants.
From Terence McKenna's Eulogy to Leo Zeff:
Sometimes when Leo would sit with people, they would come out of their reveries and want to talk with him about what they were learning and seeing. And Leo would listen for a few minutes. But he then would always say: "That's fine, that's good, now return to the music." And I think that.. I like to think that Leo has now returned to the music. And some day so shall we. And to whatever degree we follow his example life here, the passage to whatever lies beyond will be made much easier.
Leo showed the way, because Leo knew the way. And I salute him for that, I say for all of us who were his tribe: Goodbye to the secret chief, goodbye to the man who saw most deeply. It's now for us to do as he would have had us do.

Quest for the Lost civilization - Graham Hancock (FULL MOVIE)What are the connection between Angkor Wat in the Jungle of Cambodia, the Pyramid in the desert of Egyptian desert, and monuments on Easter Island and in Micronesia? What is the under water mystery in Japan, the last time it above water was 10,000 years ago? Our ancestors are highly intelligent people, thousand years ago they precisely predicted the solar eclipse over Mexico in 1991.
In this set of three videotapes, writer Graham Hancock traverses the world and explains his controversial theory that an ancient civilization, highly intelligent people who sailed the planet as early as 10,500 B.C., spread advanced astronomical knowledge and built ancient observatories.
Skeptics may scoff, but Hancock earnestly points out similarities in giant stone structures in the Egyptian desert and Cambodian jungles, and on Easter Island and in Micronesia, he points out what he considers evidence of an ancient society of seafarers. His ideas may seem utterly bizarre at first, but Hancock presents them in an understated and good-natured manner, and he also makes clever use of computer graphics and aerial photography to illustrate the startling similarities in ancient structures found from the North Atlantic to the South Pacific.
This is a must see documentary!
