SuperMax 25-50 Drum Sander Assembly and ReviewSupermax drum sander 25-50 assemble and review.
My Drum Sander & How it Works! SuperMax 25-50 Huge Capacity!Assembly- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hC6jeAN8Utw
Drum Sanders are one of those tools most woodworkers know about but find a way to do without..............then you get one and wonder why you waited so long! Any drum sander is going to be great, but this sander packs a punch with it's cantilevered head making the sander capable of widths up to 50 inches in two passes. Whether you are making veneer or sanding a table top you get great results. The video has most all the details about the sander you need, but you can find out more about it on the SuperMax website if you want to know more. I mainly use it for small to medium sized components but on occasion push it to it's max sanding table tops. Drum sanders don't only smooth a surface, the level it out like a planer. This helps a great deal for many difficult to work lumber or projects like end grain cutting boards. Enjoy the video and if you have any questions feel free to ask. Choosing the right tools for your shop is not easy. I put a good deal of time and research into this decision and hope to help you make yours if your in the market. Thanks for watching.

Changing Sandpaper On A 16-32 SuperMax Drum SanderSee how easy it is to change the sandpaper on your 16-32 Drum Sander
What other machines would you like to see us feature? Comment below!
Why we chose the SuperMax Tools 25-50 Drum SanderAt the end of 2016 we received our SuperMax 25-50 drum sander and 1.5 Hp dust collector. After setting both of them up (incredibly easy to assemble btw) and running them for a while we wanted to let you know why we choose this brand and these models over the other drum sanders on the market.
As a small business, when it comes to deciding on new equipment we do our homework. The SuperMax 25-50 is a well engineered product that yields fantastic results. It has the greatest single pass capacity out of all of the cantilever style drum sanders on the market today. Even with the optional extras that SuperMax offers the SuperMax 25-50 still comes in several hundred dollars less than its competitors without sacrificing any quality.
We would highly recommend the SuperMax 25-50 Drum Sander or any SuperMax product to anyone in the market for a drum sander. SuperMax offers a wide variety of machines in terms of capacity and power. These are fantastic machines and great time savers!

Supermax 25-50 Drum Sander AssemblyA drum sander is one of those tools that I've wanted but held back on getting for quite a while. For me I just didn't have the space. Now that the shop is a little further along I'm able to start acquiring some of these tools. In this case I have a lot of projects where a drum sander makes certain processes more efficient. To start I have some table designs where planing is too difficult or chairs where sanding components would be too time consuming. Out side of a drum sander, my other options are too time consuming. Tools like this that make the process faster and prices at a level consistent with my other pieces. I've had it put together now for a little over a month and it is working great. In this video I show the process of assembling the sander from opening the packages to giving it a test run. All in all it was a simple assembly and if your able to use the sander, you'll be able to put it together.
I've got a few more large pieces of equipment I'll be showing over the next month or so. One of the other tools I've already shown was my Grizzly G0513X2, here's the link to that video. https://youtu.be/Lhil3fP_HXM
