But after spending15 years traveling through hundreds of small towns in southern New England while I was recording and producing bands for my indie record label and then, almost 5 years later, through literally, all of Northern California selling regional "Mom & Pop" sponsorships for the kids' TV shows as well as opening up new retail accounts for our products, it became all too clear to me just how much I cared about small towns and small-town America.
