Gilly Loco, is excited to introduce its latest, greatest salsa, "Lobo Salsa". This new salsa is made with all naturally grown, local ingredients and is uniquely based around red chile.

After months of secret meetings between UNM officials and our dedicated chef, the inspiring recipe has been perfected. This deliciously spicy mixture brings together the local flavors of red chile, sweet crushed tomatoes, jalapenos and arbol chiles.

Gilly Loco is based in Albuquerque and proud to bring the taste of New Mexico to your table.
