CRC SILARAMIC Brake System GreaseNow available from the makers of CRC BRAKLEEN Brake Parts Cleaner, CRC SILARAMIC Brake System Grease! CRC SILARAMIC (05361) is a pure silicone dry-film lubricant fortified with a high concentration of a unique ceramic lubricant. SILARAMIC allows brake parts to move freely and protects brake systems under the most extreme conditions and braking temperatures. SILARAMIC is recommended for all brakes, including high performance and ceramic brakes. Louis Fresta, CRC vice president of Sales and Marketing, says "Our team of technology experts has developed a superior product that outperforms ordinary caliper and brake system greases and is engineered to last the life of the brake pads and prevent uneven pad wear. This is a hard-core, high-performance grease."
CRC SILARAMIC Brake System Grease Tech Tip on SPEED Two Guys GarageAs seen on Two Guys Garage on the SPEED channel: Not all new brake pads sold today include new hardware, but these parts wear down just like your pads do and need to be replaced. The caliper sliders keep the brake pad in place when sitting in the caliper. One tip when you're installing your new hardware. Use CRC SILARAMIC Brake System Grease to protect all moving caliper hardware including backing plates and any mating surfaces. This will prevent rust and oxidation, and the anti-wear additives help protect against brake friction and corrosion. CRC SILARAMIC is made up of a pure silicone dry film lubricant that allows brake parts to move freely under the most aggressive braking situations. You can also use SILARAMIC on high temperature ceramic brakes because it withstands temps up to 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the brakes are secure, pump the brakes 2 or 3 times and the brakes should feel nice and firm.
CRC SILARAMIC® Brake System Grease Instructional VideoTo be certain that your brakes are functioning properly, it’s important to maintain and clean all brake surfaces and components and make sure that they stay dirt and grime free. After using CRC Brakleen Brake Parts Cleaner, the original aerosol brake parts cleaner, it is recommended to apply Silaramic Brake System Grease from CRC to protect critical brake system components. Use Silaramic on all moving caliper hardware, backing plates and any mating surfaces. It protects these components from dirt and corrosion, extending parts life and improving performance.
After using CRC Brakleen to clean the caliper housing and backing plate to remove all grime and dust, apply CRC Silaramic Brake System Grease, then remove any excess grease. Be careful to avoid getting the lubricant on pads and rotors. Silaramic is for all brake systems and brake components such as calipers, bushings, holes, pins, inserts, anchors, bolts and boots.
Silaramic is a ceramic fortified, pure silicone dry-film lubricant. It outperforms ordinary caliper and brake system greases, withstanding extreme temperatures up to 3000°F. Silaramic helps prevent uneven pad wear and, is engineered to last the life of your brake pads. It protects brake systems under the harshest of conditions and temperatures.
Use Silaramic Brake System Grease from CRC Industries to help protect critical brake system components from heat, friction and corrosion!

CRC Technician Grade Di-Electric Grease Instructional VideoAccumulations of dirt, grease and contaminants in your vehicle’s electrical system can eventually lead to contact failure and malfunction. After cleaning contacts and connections with QD Electronic Cleaner, follow with technician grade Di-Electric Grease from CRC.
CRC Di-Electric Grease seals, protects, lubricates, insulates and prevents water from getting into electrical connections and contacts, helping prevent corrosion, which can damage wiring and cause malfunctions. Corrosion on lamp connectors and wiring causes bulbs to burn hotter, shortening their life.
To apply Di-Electric Grease the vehicle and power supply should be off. Be sure the area has first been cleaned with CRC QD Electronic Cleaner. Allow any hot surfaces to cool before an application. Just squeeze the trigger to dispense Di-Electric Grease, and apply an even coat to electrical connections and contacts. Use it on circuit breakers, ignition coil connectors, the HEI distributor, plastic or rubber parts, fasteners and o-rings. CRC Di-Electric Grease is great for spark plug boots where the rubber meets the porcelain to keep them from fusing together and, it helps prevent arcing between the boot and the metal part of the plug. It’s also perfect for your trailer lighting and the trailer harness, bulbs and bulb connectors. There’s no overheating of connections, which extends lamp life.
CRC Di-Electric Grease prevents bonding so that components can be easily removed. CRC Di-Electric Grease can also be used on many outdoor applications around the house such as outdoor power receptacles and lamps, tools and power equipment. It improves electrical performance and provides critical protection for electronic components exposed to rain, fog, salt spray and temperature extremes.
