【1mintips】哇！粥要這樣做才好吃粥底作法
料理秘訣：米水比例1:12
材料：
米 1杯
水 12杯
作法：
米洗淨瀝乾。
1.水煮滾加入米，攪拌讓米不結塊。
2.煮滾後以中火續滾約20分鐘，撈除表面浮末。
3.煮至米粒脹大後用打蛋器打碎，使米粒成碎粒狀即可。

皮蛋瘦肉粥
料理秘訣：皮蛋加水弄碎，下鍋後不易結成團
材料：
粥底 1份
皮蛋 4顆
水 30㏄
瘦絞肉 300公克
蔥花 20公克
油條 20公克
調味料：
鹽 1茶匙
作法：
1.皮蛋加水，用湯匙將皮蛋切碎攪拌。
2.取一份粥底煮滾，加入瘦絞肉，將絞肉拌開，再加入皮蛋碎拌勻煮滾。
3.加入鹽拌勻，撒上蔥花、油條即可。

豬肝粥
料理秘訣：豬肝加太白粉抓勻，口感更滑嫩
材料：
粥底 1份
豬肝(切片) 500公克
芹菜末 50公克
醃料：
太白粉 1大匙
米酒 1大匙
調味料：
鹽 1茶匙
作法：
1.豬肝片加入太白粉及米酒，抓拌均勻。
2.取一份粥底煮滾，加入豬肝片後拌開煮滾。
3.再加入鹽拌勻，撒上芹菜末即可。

什錦海鮮粥
料理秘訣：海鮮泡米酒，鮮味足又不腥
材料：
粥底 1份
蝦仁 150公克
花枝片 150公克
蚵仔 100公克
韭菜 30公克
調味料：
鹽 1茶匙
作法
1.海鮮材料與米酒混合拌勻，醃漬一下。
2.取一份粥底煮滾，加入海鮮材料後拌勻煮滾。
3.加入鹽拌勻，撒上韭菜即可。

養生鮮菇粥
料理秘訣：鮮菇先炒過，香氣更濃郁
材料：
粥底 1份
香菇片 100公克
鴻喜菇 100公克
美白菇 100公克
薑末 10公克
枸杞 20公克
調味料：
鹽 1茶匙
作法：
1.取一鍋，倒入少許油，炒香所有菇類後盛出。
2.取一份粥底煮滾，加入所有菇類拌勻煮滾。
3.再加入鹽拌勻，撒上枸杞即可。
