Unlike technological advancement, anything worth having in life does not happen overnight. No matter what you want to achieve, success is a process and any process takes time. In my speeches, I use my experience of starting my own business in high school as an opportunity to identify with students. When I talk to students I discuss the importance of living with integrity, focusing on your goals, having confidence in yourself, and not falling victim to peer pressure.
