iPad Pro - Hands onApple just announced its largest iPad ever, the iPad Pro. Like Microsoft's Surface Pro, the 12.9-inch iPad Pro is designed to straddle the gap between laptop and tablet, and allow users to create content rather than merely consuming it. It brings a massive screen, "desktop-level" power, and accessories like a keyboard and stylus that allow new ways of interaction.
The iPad Pro's resolution of 2,732 x 2,048 pixels gives it higher resolution than the 15-inch MacBook Pro and more pixels than any other iOS device. Even with the gargantuan size of the iPad Pro, it is still 6.9mm thin and only weighs 1.57 lb, around the same weight as the original iPad.
The display has a unique aspect ratio that allows two full-sized iPad Air apps to run side-by-side in portrait mode on the iPad Pro. Like the 5K iMac, it has a variable refresh rate to conserve energy. Apple’s Phil Schiller claims the Split View on iOS 9 was built with the iPad Pro in mind.
Internally, the iPad Pro runs on the new A9X chip, Apple’s second 64-bit chip with double the memory and double the storage performance. It is a huge step up from the iPad Air 2, which ran on the A8X chip. Apple claims this is “desktop-level performance” and should be faster than 90 percent of portable PCs when it comes to graphically intensive tasks.

Do you really think it's possible? Alternating magnetic fields regenerating themselves, but you need to feed the system in order to begin the cycle. Sincerely, I think it is NOT possible.
Ramesh Raskar: Imaging at a trillion frames per secondhttp://www.ted.com Ramesh Raskar presents femto-photography, a new type of imaging so fast it visualizes the world one trillion frames per second, so detailed it shows light itself in motion. This technology may someday be used to build cameras that can look "around" corners or see inside the body without X-rays.

DARPA testing jetpack for soldiersDARPA and Arizona State University are testing a jetpack for US troops, but it has at least one major drawback. The device will not allow soldiers to fly, instead increasing the ground speed of the wearer, allowing them to run a four minute mile.

5 New Inventions That Will Blow Your Pants Off5 new inventions that prove the dawning of the technological age is upon us. Hold onto your butts, and your pants!
Tesla Model S version 7 Autopilot Speeding Ticket Auto Steering Demo on Streets, Highway, TrafficExtensive 16 minute test drive of the new Autopilot software version 7 from Tesla. We test the car out on the city streets, open highway and bumper to bumper traffic in Miami. We even got pulled over by the FHP, Florida Highway Patrol because the autopilot was speeding, 75MPH in a 60MPH zone!
Amazing Technology Invented By MIT - Tangible MediaAt the MIT Media Lab, the Tangible Media Group believes the future of computing is tactile. Unveiled today, the inFORM is MIT's new scrying pool for imagining the interfaces of tomorrow. Almost like a table of living clay, the inFORM is a surface that three-dimensionally changes shape, allowing users to not only interact with digital content in meatspace, but even hold hands with a person hundreds of miles away. And that's only the beginning.
Created by Daniel Leithinger and Sean Follmer and overseen by Professor Hiroshi Ishii, the technology behind the inFORM isn't that hard to understand. It's basically a fancy Pinscreen, one of those executive desk toys that allows you to create a rough 3-D model of an object by pressing it into a bed of flattened pins. With inFORM, each of those "pins" is connected to a motor controlled by a nearby laptop, which can not only move the pins to render digital content physically, but can also register real-life objects interacting with its surface thanks to the sensors of a hacked Microsoft Kinect.
