This is the only act of the Practice Production that is directly in the control of the medical provider and sets the tone for the rest of the experience. This interaction involves much more than just discussing concerns and recommendations. Certain key concepts dramatically impact how patients receive information.
This session will review the importance of maintaining a focus on the patient, their goals, motivations, and possible objections. We will walk through some important considerations and questions that should be addressed with patients in order to help support their decisions.
