Beer Sausage Made Easy

How to make Beer Sausage (Made Easy) Original Recipe by yours truly. Items Needed: Smoked Sausage, Potatoes, a side of greens, bread/rolls, salt/pepper, butter, milk, time and love. Cut the sausage into about 2 - 3 inch (5 - 8 cm) sections put into pan and add beer of your choice (I normally use dark beer, Shiner Bock) Place on grill and heat to 400 F (200 C) for 20 minutes (eyeball it when the ends start to protrude) Once completed, take sausage out of pan and place on grill for 5 minutes and turn for another 3 minutes. Put 4-5 potatoes on the stove until boil and add salt then check to see if they are soft enough to place a fork through it with no resistance. Mix potatoes with milk, 2 tbsp of butter and pepper (milk depends on consistency. the more milk you add, the creamier it will become.) Add a side of greens and rolls or your choice of bread and enjoy!
