Mass protests pushed Tunisia's long-time leader Zine El Abidine Ben Ali from power 10 years ago. Some are worried the country could return to authoritarianism. Thousands rallied in the capital Tunis for a second time since President Kais Saied seized executive power in July. He has since consolidated his power further, deciding to rule by decree.
