I've always loved soups and I've worked on perfecting a chili recipe for quite some time. I've got it to a point now where I can say I like my chili the best. This is a mans chili without giving up subtle nuances of flavor and texture. I make this every couple months and portion it out in single serving freezer containers so I can grab a quick and healthy meal whenever I need one. The basics are the same using ground meat, beans and tomatoes, but I make it my own by adding beer, a variety of meats, cheese, dijon mustard, and balsamic vinegar. **I'd also like to add that even though I only used green onion here to garnish the tops of the bowls, if you want to impress guests, try having sour creme, fresh diced white onion or jalapenos, and some shredded cheddar on hand for them to top their bowls with. This chili is great on it's own, but you can dress it up a bit if desired too. :) Thanks for Watching!
